FELICIA TOMPKINS, Owner, Office Manager and Designer
Felicia’s creative abilities are reflected throughout Tompkins Construction projects.  She will customize your home design to fit your needs while creating a unique home you'll be proud to own.  She will provide you with a firm bid price on your final approved design, and then assist you with questions and concerns throughout the process of constructing your home.

Following is a summary of the phases Felicia will be involved in:

  1.  Initial customer contact and meetings
  2.  Site plan review
  3.  Plan design
  4.  Firm price bids
  5.  Customer relations
  6.  Supplier contact/final price verification of allowances/change orders
  7.  Interior design assistance and selection coordination
  8.  Advertising/marketing

Felicia also oversees bookkeeping and tracking of job costs to include the following responsibilities:

  1.  Submitting monthly job draws
  2.  Handle payroll tax reports and deposits
  4.  Handle employee benefits
  5.  Customize and generate all specialized computer reports
RUSSELL BRANDES, Construction Superintendent
